Hypnobirthing

We offer the Hypnobirthing Australia™ ‘Positive Birth Program’ as either Group classes or as private one-on-one classes across the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

  • Hypnobirthing is an approach to childbirth that focuses on preparing parents for a gentle birth. You will learn methods of deep relaxation, visualisation, and self-hypnosis which are designed to help you achieve a more positive birth. Hypnobirthing encourages a calm, peaceful, and natural pregnancy, birth, and bonding experience for families.

  • All hypnosis is self-hypnosis!
